Below them, the ON_FIRE band tightened to 36 products (about 6.6% of the 548 we track). The status distribution moved closer to the target shape we've been steering toward: 13% SURGING, 22% RISING, 35% STEADY, 18% COOLING, 5.5% SLEPT_ON.

## What we're watching
The cross-category picture is healthier than it was a week ago. Sneakers no longer dominate the upper tier — Wales Bonner and Pharrell collabs, the Gucci accessory and three football kits all sit alongside JJJJound and Hellstar in the high band. The Real Madrid kit pop, in particular, is the kind of cultural-not-just-commercial movement we want the index to surface.
